Meet our orchestra and conductor

We are proud that Philzuid is once again accompanying our 6 finalists. This year, this renowned orchestra is conducted by Arjan Tien. He works as a conductor of the Marinierskapel and as a teacher at the Conservatory of Amsterdam.

During the Grand finale they will play the Concertino by Lars-Erik Larsson and the Sérénade by Jean-Michel Damase. The Grand finale starts on Saturday at 1:30 PM and the closing concert starts at 5:00 PM.

17th International Adams Flute Festival

The final rounds of the Dutch International Flute Competition are organized during the 17th International Adams Flute Festival. During the festival you can participate in masterclasses and workshops, enjoy concerts, meet flute enthusiasts from all over the world and try out new flutes from different brands.
