Young artists

Young artists can again participate in a category of their own in the Dutch International Flute Competition. Young artists who are enrolled in a pre-training or young talent class subscribe for category 3 (to 18 years). This category is sponsored by Haynes Flutes.

De Spaanse fluitiste Sherezade Jurado Navarro won in april van dit jaar de eerste prijs bij de International Dutch Flute Competition in de categorie ‘masterstudenten’. Tezamen met twee studiegenoten, de Colombiaanse harpist Julian Stiven Cardenas Veloza en de Spaanse altviolist Carlos Antequera zal zij een prachtig programma ten gehore brengen! Na de pauze wordt zij begeleid door pianist Toon Bierman. Volg de link voor het bestellen van kaarten.

Grachtenfestival Amsterdam

The Spanish flutist Sherezade Navarro Jurado won in April this year the first prize at the International Dutch Flute Competition in the category 'masters'. Together with two fellow students, the Colombian harpist Julian Stiven Cardenas veloza and Spanish violist Carlos Antequera she performed a wonderful program at the Canal Festival Amsterdam!

Festival Day IFSB

The first IFSB Festival Day is scheduled for Sunday, November 6th 2016. Join the program of individual lessons, a teacher's concert, a young talent concert and of course pizza and ice cream! The Festival Day is open to flutists and of all ages and levels: professional flutists, teachers, students, adult amateur flutists and flute young players are all welcome.
