The Board of the Stichting Nationaal Fluitconcours consists of:

Annet Kruidhof, chairperson, amateur flautist and lecturer in German.

René de Vos, secretary and contact person for participants, amateur flautist and former primary headteacher.

Ir. Agnes Boonstra, treasurer, amateur flautist and technical business administrator.

Geeske Telgen-Swarts, fund-raiser, flautist and Municipal Councillor.

Dr. Wim Teeuwen, public relations, amateur clarinettist, lawyer, former higher vocational education lecturer in journalism.

Drs. Erik Verbeek, policy affairs, flautist, business administrator, chairperson Stg. Flutonicon and primary headteacher.

The Committee of Recommendation consists of:

Emily Beynon, solo flautist Koninklijk Concertgebouworkest Amsterdam, artistic leader of the Dutch Flute Academy.

Aldo Baerten, solo flautist Filharmonie, senior lecturer Koninklijk Conservatorium Antwerpen and Hogeschool voor de Kunsten Utrecht.

Prof. Ir. Esso J. de Jong, former professor TU Delft, former chairperson of Stg. Nationaal Fluitconcours and Stg. Flutonicon.
